Mack Kowalski
President & CEO
Mack Kowalski's journey into geomatics and AEC began in 2008, post-an honorable discharge from the US Army's Second Ranger Battalion. His exceptional talent emerged swiftly during his apprenticeship, propelling him into leadership within construction staking. By 2012, Mack's expertise had blossomed, guiding him to lead the survey department of a prestigious construction firm on the west coast. Mack's visionary leadership expanded operations across four states, with his groundbreaking methodologies firmly establishing the company's success.
Mack's encounter with LiDAR technology sparked a profound fascination, igniting in him a fervent passion for its transformative potential. This fervor found new channels when he joined a premier Leica dealership in 2002. Mack's natural enthusiasm for streamlining workflows and tackling industry challenges took the spotlight. Fueled by an unending commitment to advancing geomatics and AEC, Mack co-founded LiDAholics Consulting L.L.C., crafting a lasting impact on the industry's progression.
Beyond his entrepreneurial spirit, Mack is deeply immersed in industry initiatives, serving on the American Concrete Institute's laser scanning subcommittee and co-founding "the Committee" – a group dedicated to exploring and disseminating reality capture methodologies. Mack also shares his expertise through contributions to HxYt magazine and LiDAR News, establishing his reputation as an influential international speaker and subject matter expert. Known for his unwavering passion for laser scanning, Mack's influence echoes through every endeavor, embodying a true powerhouse of innovation and dedication in the field.
Gabriel Kettler
Chairman & CFO
Results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in land surveying and construction. Proven track record in industrial construction, civil infrastructure, and specialized sectors such as DOD, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and Chemical. Expert in using advanced technologies like total stations, laser scanners, laser trackers, and dimensional metrology to deliver precise solutions.
Skilled in providing strategic insights and technical expertise for diverse projects, from large-scale industrial facilities to intricate civil constructions. Adept at navigating complex, highly regulated sectors, ensuring compliance with stringent regulations and safety protocols.
Experienced in dimensional metrology, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure industry standards and project specifications are met. Demonstrated leadership, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills in managing and completing complex projects on time and within budget.
